What payment options do you offer?
We offer secure online payment options via credit card or your PayPal account. Credit card payments facilitated by Stripe.
I have seen the same product on another site, do you price match?
Guitar World Online promise to do our best to match or beat any genuine online or advertised store price from an authorised Australian dealer.
You can lodge your price match request on each of our product pages and we will do some research and come back to you with our best offer (usually within one business day).
How much do you charge for delivery?
Guitar World Online offer FREE delivery anywhere within Australian Metro areas for most orders of $50 or more. That’s Right FREE!
For metro orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $10 will apply.
Shipping to non-metro areas will be $10 for all orders under $50 and $19.95 for all orders over $50.
For heavy items over 20kgs a flat shipping fee of $39.95 will apply.
If you place an order for pickup’s only, these will be shipped anywhere in Australia for the flat fee of $7.95.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Getting our products into your hands quickly and efficiently is our priority. For customers in Western Australia, orders will normally be delivered within 7 days. For interstate deliveries outside of Western Australia delivery can take up to 14 Days, but it will usually be quicker.
How do I track my order?
On completion of your order, you will receive an email from us with tracking details and you can log into your account at any time to track the progress of your delivery.
Do you delivery anywhere in Australia?
Yes we deliver to most Australian addresses, please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Do you deliver internationally?
At this time we are unable to offer international delivery outside of Australia.
Help! I think my item is faulty.
Should your product be faulty, damaged, not matching product description or not fully functioning as expected under warranty, we will issue a refund, repair, exchange or store credit as applicable. We may request photos of these items and consult with the supplier or manufacturer prior to approving the return. Please contact us prior to returning an item.
I can’t find the product I am looking for in stock - what now?
