We are committed to our customer satisfaction and hope that you love our products as much as we do.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us to discuss a refund/exchange of the product purchase price. We are here to help.

WHERE TO START

Please contact us via email sales@guitarworldonline.com.au or phone 08 9358 6665 prior to returning an item. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, as delivered in unused condition and with all warranty documents and manuals. Should you attempt to return your item without the original packaging, protective materials or paperwork you may not receive your full credit.

Refunds must be requested within 14 days from the original shipping date or within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refunds will be processed to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on the processing times of your financial institution.

Returns should be accompanied by a copy of your invoice so hold onto your receipt.

For obvious health reasons, harmonicas, in-ear monitors or earphones can only be returned if faulty.

RETURN SHIPPING

Refunds complying with our returns policy will be processed minus the original shipping and insurance costs. The buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping and for all associated costs.   We recommend using a trackable shipping option and take no responsibility if we do not receive returned products or for further damage during return shipping.

Delivery fees are refunded only when returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or not delivered to order specifications.

DEFECTIVE OR  DAMAGED ITEMS

Should your product be faulty, damaged, not matching product description or not fully functioning as expected under warranty, we will issue  a refund, repair, exchange or store credit as applicable.  We may request photos of these items and consult with the supplier or manufacturer prior to approving the return.

LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

We do not accept responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts during operation or use of products.
